For Immediate Release ATTIK WINS 2005 CMT MUSIC AWARDS CAMPAIGN First High-Profile Cross-Media Elements to Debut Soon SAN FRANCISCO – (Feb. 22, 2005) – Global creative agency ATTIK (www.attik.com) today announced its win of an exciting piece of business from MTV Networks’ Country Music Television: a high-profile cross-media advertising campaign, integrating broadcast, radio, print and point-of-sale elements to promote CMT’s flagship Music Awards event, which is set to be broadcast live from Nashville’s Gaylord Entertainment Center on Apr. 11. The announcement was made by William Travis, ATTIK’s U.S. president, and financial details were not disclosed. The award gives ATTIK the immediate green light to create and begin delivering campaign elements. With Jeff Foxworthy lined-up to host and live performances scheduled from Kenny Chesney, Toby Keith, Big & Rich and Gretchen Wilson, expectations are high for a record-breaking event. “We could not be more enthusiastic about CMT,” Travis began. “The many strengths and unique values they offer to a growing national audience drove us to invest a great deal of energy into our dialogues with creative director Michael Engleman, creative/marketing VP James Hitchcock and their colleagues. Their confidence, for which we’re all very thankful, is a deep source of pride.” “After an extensive search to identify the best fit for our 2005 on-air presence and our flagship awards event, ATTIK’s unique solutions and their abilities to capture music, comedy and community swung our decision in their favor. We really think the creative process will be enhanced through such an unexpected pairing,” Engleman said. ATTIK competed against various San Francisco and New York agencies for the project award. The growing global creative firm’s project account team will include Travis, creative director Wayne Hanson and producer Ray Barnes. About
